Globo Balear SA (hereinafter Pirates Adventure) is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2392, page 172, registration number 25 and with sheet Pm-12225.

2.- Acceptance

This online service (hereinafter the Service) is available to any user, for their own consumption and subject to the following terms and conditions: these Terms of Use and Sale, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

When you use the Service, you accept our terms and conditions and thereby agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes.

On the other hand, we inform you that for legal reasons we store the electronic documents where your purchases are formalized as an agreement. You will be able to access those documents at any moment by sending an email to: reception@globobalear.com

3.- Description of the Service

Through the Service, Pirates Adventureoffers the possibility to buy tickets for any of our shows, merchandise or learn about our day to day.

The contract between Pirates Adventure and the user will be concluded in Spanish and English.

The shopping process will be as follows:

●Once the user has selected a show, he/she must provide the required personal information.

●Then the user needs to choose the desired number of tickets for adults, children or infants.

●If applicable, the user must apply the promotional code.

●Finally, the user must accept the terms and conditions, click on "Buy now" and proceed with the payment and the acquisition of the tickets.

●The document concluding your purchase will be stored by Pirates Adventure. In any case, you will be able to ask for it sending us an email to reception@globobalear.com

During the shopping process you can modify the number of units, your personal data and payment. To do this, you must go back to the corresponding button or click on the "Edit" option when possible and before the final acceptance of the purchase.

Once you have accepted the purchase, you will receive confirmation of it through email within 24 hours at most. The email will confirm the show booked and the number of tickets purchased, its price, corresponding taxes, payment method and applicable terms and conditions.

If you buy any merchandise product from us, the shopping process will be done through a third party provider used by Pirates Adventure. Therefore, the purchase will be done through that service and according to their terms and conditions.

4.- External links

You may be sent from the Service to other websites through links. However, Pirates Adventure does not control those sites or their content, which are in fact subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, Pirates Adventure is not responsible for the quality, veracity or accuracy of these sites.

5.- Age

Regarding the use of the Service, you declare that you are of legal age and that you have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and use it in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you fully understand and acknowledge.

You declare that all the information you provide to access the Service, before and during its use, is true, complete and accurate.

6.- Intellectual and industrial property

6.1 Our Content

The content and the information of this site (data, text, sound, pictures or code, among other), as well as the hardware and software used to provide the content and information are owned by Pirates Adventure or according to the corresponding licenses.

In addition, the modification, reproduction, duplication, copy, distribution, sale, resale and other exploitation forms for commercial purposes of the Service are forbidden.

For any other use of the content of the site, the prior and written consent from Pirates Adventure will be required.

6.2 User Content

As a user you can contribute to the Service by sending us an email with your comments, opinions or suggestions (from now on “Content”).

We can use your Content on different ways, such as: showing it on the site, editing it for clarity, translating it to other languages, fixing grammatical errors, creating derivative works, promoting it or distributing it.

Therefore, the Content is yours but when you send it to the Service you are giving Pirates Adventure a license to use it non-exclusively, worldwide, free of charge, until the Content is deleted and with the option to transfer it and sublicense it.

7.- Price and taxes

The prices of the products offered through Pirates Adventure are established in euros (€). Those prices include the corresponding Value-Added Tax (from now on “VAT”) at the moment of the purchase.

In any case, the purchase could be exempted or not from VAT according to your country of residence or in what capacity are you acting. Therefore, the final price of your purchase could be modified in relation to the one shown initially.

8.- Payment

To purchase a ticket for a show you must pay either it in full and in advance. Or pay a deposit with the remaining balance to be settled 30 days before the show. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

The payment can be made:

●By credit or debit card from VISA or MasterCard

●By PayPal

In this sense, Pirates Adventure informs holders of credit and debit cards that is responsible for transactions in the online store. They are made on a secure page, using SSL technology to ensure the security of data transmission.

9.- Validity of the offers

The shows and products offered through the Service, as well as their prices, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog displayed through the web.

In any case, Pirates Adventure reserves the right to update the Service with the corresponding modifications, having the option to change prices, products and services according to the market.

We inform you that despite the updates on the prices of the Service, these may contain mistakes. We will correct them as soon as possible, but they won’t bind the Service.

10.- Warranty and responsibility

All the rights provided by law to you as a consumer of the Service are guaranteed.

In any case, and as far as the law allows, Pirates Adventure reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel the provision of the Service at its sole discretion.

While Pirates Adventure’s will is always to provide correct information about the activities offered through the Service, it can not guarantee 100% the accuracy of the information and the descriptions of the shows displayed.

11.- Cancellations and refunds

All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend a performance you have booked, we may be able to move your tickets to another show (subject to availability and any payment of difference in ticket price) or hold your tickets for any future performances within the next 12 months.

12.- Promotional codes

The user may obtain, through contests in social networks or promotions of the Service, promotional codes that can only be applied in the field indicated in the purchase process.

In the same way, these promotional codes will be the mechanism to gift activities or experiences from one user to another.

13.- Security

As indicated above, the entire sales procedure, as well as the transmission of your personal data and payment systems, is carried out on a secure page and encrypted via the SSL protocol.

We guarantee the security of the Service in accordance with the present technological knowledge. However, Pirates Adventure cannot guarantee the total future security of the Service. In any case, we do commit to correct and implement the appropriate corrective measures to correct a possible security breach as soon as possible.

You agree to notify Pirates Adventure, immediately and through the email reception@globobalear.com, of any situation that could lead to the impersonation of a user's identity.

14.- Modifications and nullity

We can update the terms and conditions of the Service in the future, as well as the features and functionalities of it.

We will inform you about these changes by sending you a notification to the provided email address and/or through a notice about it in our website.

If any clause included in these terms and conditions is declared, totally or partially, invalid or ineffective, that nullity or inefficiency will only affect that clause or the part established as invalid. On everything else, these terms and conditions will persist.

15.- Claims and actions derived from the contract

As far as can be possible, this contract is regulated by Spanish law.

With the purpose to simplify any complaint through civil proceedings and to reduce costs, we do not exclude the possibility to be subjected to an equity arbitrage with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In this sense, and according to the applicable law, Pirates Adventure informs you of the existence of the European platform for online dispute resolution. This platform makes easier the extrajudicial resolution of disputes for online contracts between consumers and Internet service providers. 16.- Language of the terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of the Service are presented in several languages. In case of contradiction between one and the other, the Spanish version will prevail.
