Not content with performing world class gymnastics all summer, the Pirates of Magaluf are in training to run the London Marathon this year too!

Richie Prior who plays Captain Darling in the stage show, Martyn Smith, the Show's Director and Marketing Director, Jeremy Kerner will be pulling on their trainers to pound the streets of the 'Smoke' to raise money for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital.

Pirates has already raised £250,000 for the hospital over the past 4 years through its popular Charity Premiere nights, but now these three brave buccaneers will join 47 other volunteers running for GOSH on April 13th 2008. They aim to raise a further massive £50,000 thanks to donations and sponsorship and the lads have been in training since the beginning of 2007, already completing the Palma and Calvia half-marathons.

They are confident that they will make it around the 26 mile course and return to Mallorca in one piece to be at the 2008 Pirates Charity Premiere!
